Growing up in Rutland, the most exciting thing around was Value Village and the few pretend dollar stores that popped up and went out of business in the IGA strip mall. (You know the ones, most items range from 5-20 dollars, rarely having any items lower then a Toonie) This location will see lots of business as the location is one of the most spacious in Kelowna, and while it appears they are still working on getting the perfect team together, it was organized & clean.
Fair prices with a selection of everyday household items with an ever changing couple of rows of random interesting items! Staff are always kind and courteous.
Canada Pl, Vancouver, BC V6C 3G3
An amazing view, a gorgeous fountain, seating areas and pathways to small shops and eateries on the sides make this a tourist’s dream! If you’re lucky, you may even see some aquatic wildlife! Located next to the Vancouver convention center, this location is prime for Cos-players and photographers during the Vancouver cons/expos.

Growing up in upper Rutland, you’ll remember this to be a strip of half filled shops, yet it held some of the only excitement for those in this location. The library, RBC, and Save on Foods are remnants of a time long gone, the TD and Pizza Hut now wiping out the memory of the long gone Blockbuster.
190 Aurora Crescent, Kelowna, BC V1X 7M3
While most things are overpriced, (used items at full price), you can be sure to find a few hidden gems, sometimes finding brand name items with tags still on! It’s a rewarding treasure hunt every-time!
Well laid out, friendly staff, and plenty of parking!

Great selection of products geared towards professionals, however their staff’s knowledge will allow you to use these products with great results.

A friend went in and asked for a trim, and walked out with 7 inches off and bangs so short she couldn’t straighten. Apparently she was told she had 15 years of experience cutting hair. Get it figured out!
Spall Plaza, 1950 Harvey Ave, Kelowna, BC V1Y 8J8
Broad selection, but shitty prices, as they tend to stock items that are mid-range quality, but charge full-quality prices. Tech department needs better educated staff, as they sold my friend a computer, and told her it was ‘perfectly normal’ to sell computers without DVD/CD-rom drives. Might be common for you London Drugs, but if you’re planning on keeping up with the competition, maybe get your facts straight before spewing nonsense.
1640 Leckie Rd, Kelowna, BC V1X 7C6 – Located In Dilworth Shopping Centre
Courteous, kind, and pleasant staff, who while performing their practice, also believe in the medicine of laughter, making a disliked occupation fun! My Family and I have been going to see Dr. Stearns since I was a teenager, he and his team are highly recommended!
