Refuse to buy any large appliance or item that will be subcontracted through this company. Once appliance is ordered and sent to you, they wash their hands of any responsibility. My friend ordered a washing machine and when it arrived, most of the parts were missing, making this piece unusable. Frustrated, she called Home Depot to request that a proper one be sent out, to which they said they would send a repair kit?! After much fighting and being pushed off to their delivery company, she was told 6 days was the best they could do – She has two small children and the laundry pile is climbing, and it is still another 6 days without a washing machine.
