Growing up in Rutland, the most exciting thing around was Value Village and the few pretend dollar stores that popped up and went out of business in the IGA strip mall. (You know the ones, most items range from 5-20 dollars, rarely having any items lower then a Toonie) This location will see lots of business as the location is one of the most spacious in Kelowna, and while it appears they are still working on getting the perfect team together, it was organized & clean.
