STORY
I was talking about creating a 12 days of Christmas Tea event with Latisa, and she mentioned a few combinations to try, all involving things we associate with this time of year. This combination hit home, so I tried a different take on a family favorite – A staple in our house growing up was a bottle of Canadian Dry and Cranberry Juice, mixed together in a big punch bowl – YUM! Whilst I didn’t put ginger in this recipe, I’m sure you could add it if you feel it is missing, but I felt the mint provided a fresher feeling, as I’m trying to imitate a carbonated drink! (Another variation you could try is making this tea with only a bit of water, chilling it and adding it to a bottle of soda stream?) Lemme know how that goes in the comments below!
