Lemon *Sugar* Cookie Tea
A Delicious CHRISTMAS TEEEEEEA!
Cranberry Mint,
Orange Mint,
Candy Cane Tea,
and a pack of twelve Teas!
Tastes Like: A warm Lemon Sugar Cookie
Ingredients:
- Lemon Balm – 20 Tbsp
- Almond * – 1/2 Tbsp
- Lemon Rind * – 1 Tbsp
Other Items Required:
- Mortar & Pestle
- Mixing Bowl
- Loose Leaf Tea Ball or French Press, etc
- Sugar
Preparation
- Gather Ingredients
- Using a mortar and pestle grind each ingredient then put in mixing bowl
- Mix thoroughly
- Test out! – For every cup of water, use a tablespoon of tea mix, & add 1/2 tsp of sugar per cup of tea, adjust according to personal preference!
Ready in 15 minutes
Serves 5-10 people (Per batch)
Tips
When grinding ingredients, take care not to grind too fine as it will leave a layer of silt in the bottom of your tea cup.
