Tastes Like: A fruity Flower Shop
Ingredients:
- Dried apple– 1 tbsp
- Burnt apple 1 tbsp
- Orange Peels (read caution here) – 1 tsp

- Cranberries – 7
- Pomegranate seeds chopped – 1 tbsp
- Elderberry dried whole berries – 1 tbsp
- Papaya seeds crushed – 5
- Carrots shredded dried – 1 ½ tbsp
- Cinnamon – 1 tbsp
- Raspberry Crushed – 1
- Rose hips – 3
- Sumac – 2 tbsp
- Galium Aparine (Small Thistle) – 1 (1tbsp)
- White Sage – 2 med leaf
- Catnip baby plant – 3
- Sunflower baby head – ½
- Lemon Balm – ½ tbsp
- Foxtails – ½ tsp
- Echinacea (With petals) – 1 tsp
- Dandelion Yellows – 1 tbsp
- Cosmos– 1 tbsp
- Calendula – 6 heads (1tbsp)
- Verbascum Thapsus – 1 leaf
- Plantago – ⅓ leaf
- Queen Anne’s Lace plant – 1 tsp
- Chickweed– 1 stalk (1 tsp)
- Mallow Plant – ⅓ plant
- Shepherd’s purse (Capsella Bursa Pastoris) x 1 stalk 1 tsp
- Dandelion Leaves – 3 tbsp
Other Items Required:
- Mortar & Pestle
- Mixing Bowl
- Loose Leaf Tea Ball or French Press, etc
Preparation
- Gather Ingredients
- Using a mortar and pestle grind each ingredient then put in mixing bowl
- Mix thoroughly
- Test out! – For every cup of water, use half a tablespoon of tea mix
Ready in 15 minutes
Serves 5-10 people (Per batch)
Tips
When grinding ingredients, take care not to grind too fine as it will leave a layer of silt in the bottom of your tea cup.
