Tastes Like: Citrus Ginger
Ingredients:
- Ginger – 1 tbsp
- Cranberries – 7
- Pomegranate seeds chopped – 1 tbsp
- Elderberry crushed dried berries – 1 tbsp
- Papaya seeds – 5 crushed
- Raspberry – 1 crushed
- Sumac – 2 tbsp
- Galium Aparine (Small Thistle) – 1 (1 tsp)
- Bull Thistle (Large Thistle) (White Fluff only) – 1
- White Sage – 1 small leaf
- Catnip baby plant – 3
- Yellow hawkweed – 3 heads (1 tsp)
- Mint crushed – 1 tsp
- Echinacea– 1 tsp
- Dandelion Whites – 1 tbsp
- Cosmos– 1 tbsp
- Verbascum Thapsus – 1 leaf
- Plantago – ⅓ leaf
- Queen Anne’s Lace flowers – 1 tsp
- Chickweed– 1 stalk (1 tsp)
- Mallow Plant – ⅓ plant
- Shepherd’s purse x 1 stalk 1 tsp
- Dandelion Leaves – 3 tbsp
Other Items Required:
- Mortar & Pestle
- Mixing Bowl
- Loose Leaf Tea Ball or French Press, etc
Preparation
- Gather Ingredients
- Using a mortar and pestle grind each ingredient then put in mixing bowl
- Mix thoroughly
- Test out! – For every cup of water, use half a tablespoon of tea mix
Ready in 15 minutes
Serves 5-10 people (Per batch)
Tips
When grinding ingredients, take care not to grind too fine as it will leave a layer of silt in the bottom of your tea cup.
