I’ve run across a scam due to a dear friend of mine being sucked into this, first bringing it to my attention by asking me if I knew that I had money attached to my name at birth, and did I know that I was paying for stuff twice as the government had given me money when I was born, and paying taxes you’re just paying twice the amount.
I did a double take – WHAT!?
I asked him for more info, and he printed off for me a few weeks later, a poorly worded, misspelled email by the operator of sovereignbydesign.com. (I’ll get back to that site later)

I have a friend that has a curios mind and does her own research, she asked me 2 questions* about the live birth and dead person system work and where does the money come from and how is the amount of money determined you get when you are in private, but you pay when you are in the public. For example: Getting a speeding ticket – Your SIN Card – buy a car and etc.
The contact at Sovereign by Design responds:
It is all a public and private accounting ledger. Very sophisticated system that starts with the birth event being registered…..this puts an initial amount on the books in the private that then gets reconciled along the way in the public. Hope that explains it further. Basically our signatures are credit on paper and when we sign it creates credit on the ledgers.
I’m sorry – WHAT did I just read?! This answered none of my friend’s questions, and in fact raised MORE! Like….the birth event being registered puts an initial amount, WHAT is the initial amount? This explained NOTHING! And how do all of the sudden our signatures get looped into this?!
My Friend responds:
Thank you for the info but you also got my curiosity going now too. I have a few more questions. What agency looks after the accounting ledger for us and how is the credit amount determined for each transaction we do in our daily living when we are in the public and private?
Finally, how is the CRA connected to the I.R.S.
She then responds:
When you are in the private, to get the credit and use it in the public, you make a conditional acceptance contract with the agency to get the (your) credit.
People know of the exact accounting of this likely do not speak of it, or they “won’t” be speaking of it. CRA is a subsidiary of the IRS….you could file your Canadian taxes with the IRS. Winston Shrout taught much of this.
OH BOY – Red flags EVERYWHERE!! Throwing around contracts your site made up…Secondly, the old trick of this is super top secret so of course they won’t talk about it, followed by a complete and utterly untrue statement – “CRA IS A SUBSIDIARY OF THE IRS YOU COULD FILE YOUR CANADIAN TAXES WITH THE IRS” all topped off with a name that rings alarm bells all over – Why have I heard that name??? Oh right, he was put in prison for tax evasion….
Ok let’s address these red flags starting with filing taxes with the IRS (For Canadians)
The blatant error in this response to how the CRA and IRS are connected.
The correct answer is actually this:

The CRA exchanges the information with the IRS through the provisions and safeguards of the Canada-U.S. tax treaty.
On June 27, 2014, Part XVIII was added to the Income Tax Act, implementing the intergovernmental agreement and reporting obligations in Canada. This legislation together with administration performed by the CRA will result in the CRA exchanging financial account information with the IRS beginning in 2015.
The last red flag was the name Winston Shrout, as I said previously, he’s in prison for tax evasion. He also is in prison for creating his own financial bills…..Well isn’t that convienient…I don’t have money, so I’m going to create it and give it to people and claim they can use it….
Shrout was sentenced Oct. 22, 2018, after a federal jury in Oregon convicted him of six misdemeanor counts of willful failure to file tax returns and 13 felony counts of producing, presenting and shipping fictitious financial instruments.
Shrout, part of the sovereign citizen movement, made and issued more than 300 fake “International Bills of Exchange” on his own behalf and for credit to third parties. The government said Shrout falsely claimed the bills had value and purported that they were worth more than $100 trillion. Shrout also testified at trial that he stopped paying income tax or filing income tax returns “well over 20 years ago.”
He was scheduled to start serving his 10-year sentence March 4, 2019. He was a fugitive until he was arrested in Arizona on a warrant on Nov. 1, 2019.
I cannot find any information on our country going bankrupt, nor can I find any information regarding China trying to put up a flag. However, China has invested a lot into Canada, But our country is owned by non other then – Queen Elizabeth II, 9.7 of it is privately used, the rest is “crown land”.
The land is administered on behalf of the Crown by various agencies or departments of the government of Canada. The Canadian Act has no provision for any Canadian to own physical land in Canada. Canadians can only own an interest in an estate. Of the land owned by the Queen, 50% is administered by the provincial governments and the rest by the federal government.
The Crown Land administered by the federal and provincial governments can be defined as land not assigned in freehold tenure. The land in Canada is mainly used as national parks, forests, private homes, and agriculture.
Either this is the largest kept secret that Canada is no longer owned by anyone and people can come plant a flag when they please, or these are scammers of the worst kind. Preying on people who want hope, hope they can have a chunk of beautiful land and not pay taxes.

Now this site’s homescreen has a poorly shot video telling you that this website is private, and if you are military or a police officer or someone who has sworn an oath to the queen, this not the environment for you, she does not consent, and you’re not welcome to participate, beyond this video. Unless of course your doing this basically in your off time and you want to sign up and pay money to learn more, this is applicable to all countries, and they are just working through the process here in Canada but plan on educating the rest of the world on how to avoid the overarching Vatican which is controlling this system. We are also apparently in a banking and shipping war that is being run by the Vatican, and she lists places you can learn about this, such as War Castles, Romley Stewart and Anavon rights (Do note, I haven’t looked into these sources too much, but Romley Stewart is talking about old laws that don’t stand anymore, so I’ve kinda chalked him up to conspiracy theorist, and I can’t find the Anavon Rights) It then goes on to say that this website is about how we move through the process of removing ourselves from the statutory law jurisdiction back into the common law where we are protected as men and women on the land and how to live in the private.
The website also sells things, such as Mask Exemption Cards (which if you actually do need one of these, you go to your doctor and get one) Liability notices and Conditional Acceptance Forms.
Now the scary part of the video within the last link above, (it won’t let me link in the actual videa) they say Canada isn’t a government, that we’ve gone bankrupt and that China has tried to put up a flag on our land. If you continue listening, the person who won’t put her face on the screen, KIM, says that we have to take back our power, that when we were born Canadian, we were born as shareholders, however, this does not make sense due to Canada no longer existing…Also, this completely contradicts the fact that this site is a private community, if all Canadians have this power…
I also did some digging and found that the same lady who made the main page website video has a Facebook, as well as an Instagram with videos that promise answers but never actually follows through (See the below video for her explaining how to get a drivers license without government identity)
This video is 50 weeks old, she hasn’t followed up with an answer of how she got her 16 year old a license, which leads me to assume it never happened, as this all sounds like a load of crock to me! She also calls Canada – Canada Inc., trying to make it seem like our Country is a company, enabling a lot of their faulty logic. There is also a comment on this video regarding the laws she’s referencing.
Except I was taught Common Law doesn’t exist in Natural laws of the Land Jurisdiction. Common Law isn’t an actual jurisdiction or for Sovereign’s
I felt it needed further research, so I did some digging, and they’re correct. I encourage you to read this article for your own understanding.
If you do a quick google search on the name ‘sovereignbydesign‘ it comes up with a Wiki article stating they are a terrorist group…ok well it is just Wikipedia, but
If you listened to the above video, she goes into a whole thing about your birth certificate vs live birth document. Her argument makes no sense, as this is a document that starts the process for you to get your other documents, your name is on the live birth document (which you can request if you really want it in that link) and it is stamped with a seal of Canada, so for them to state that this is somehow different and has more power then your birth certificate is just plain ridiculous…Everything she has said, I’ve researched, and it keeps coming up with…well not the data she is claiming, so like I said before, it’s either a big kept secret like they’re saying, or it’s a complete scam.
From what I’ve observed, it seems people across North America are trying to take advantage of others by pretending they know how the government works, and using the idea of not having to pay into the government to swoon people in.
They then, of course, offer their knowledge at a fee, each lesson or form costing anywhere from 30-60 bucks.
This makes me sick to my stomach to think people can stoop to such low depths to take money from people, but I do hope that my little blurb on this will enlighten you and prompt you to DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH and as always – Stay safe out there my friends!
